Long drying processes, from 12 to 18 hours, at low temperatures that don't go beyond 50°C, preserve nutritional values and perfect cooking tenacity.
All the pasta is produced with a bronze drawing that gives typical rough and porous character that retains sauces and condiments. We are certified IFS and KOSHER, as well as affiliated to Bio-agricert for organic production and with FDA for the USA export.
Our products are on Italian retail and wholesale area, and on International market mainly in Spain, Germany, Canada, USA, EAU, Singapore and Czech Republic. Turnover grows every year thanks to meticulous attention to product and services offered.
